I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist (#139583) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#13860) registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My therapeutic orientation is humanistic and somatic, with a focus on trauma-informed therapy. I work with children, teens, and adults who have experienced issues with life adjustments, anxiety, depression. I also have extensive experience navigating the hardships of chronic illness, specifically Type 1 Diabetes. I believe in the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel heard and validated. Overall, it is my intent to be a compassionate therapist who is dedicated to helping my clients heal, grow, and thrive. I am committed to providing person-centered care that recognizes the whole person and the importance of the mind-body connection.
